Accessibility
This page presents our commitments to digital accessibility and sets out the level of compliance of this website with applicable regulations and recognised standards.
What is digital accessibility?
Digital accessibility is a set of rules and best practices covering functional, graphic, technical, and editorial aspects to ensure digital services are usable by everyone.
Following these rules and best practices ensures that digital media (websites, mobile applications, PDF documents, etc.) are accessible to people with disabilities.
An accessible website makes it possible, for example, to:
Customise the display via the operating system and/or the browser (increase or decrease text size, change the typeface, modify colours, stop animations, etc.);
Navigate using assistive technologies such as screen-reading software or a braille display;
Navigate without using a mouse, using only the keyboard, switch devices, or a touchscreen;
Access videos and audio content using subtitles and/or transcripts;
Etc.
Digital accessibility commitments
RATP Group is committed to making its websites (internet, intranet, and extranet), mobile applications, software packages, and digital urban equipment accessible in accordance with Article 47 of Law No. 2005‑102 of 11 February 2005.

The generated source code of the site’s pages is not fully valid according to the specified document type.
However, for the reasons mentioned below, RGAA criterion 8.2 corresponding to this point has been marked as compliant.
Officially, WCAG criterion 4.1.1 related to RGAA criterion 8.2 has been removed from WCAG 2.2 and must be considered as always satisfied with respect to WCAG 2.1 and the European standard EN 301 549.
In practice, this criterion no longer provides any benefit for the accessibility of people with disabilities. Any potential accessibility issues resulting from the invalidity of the generated source code are covered by other RGAA criteria.
