RATP Group’s alert system enables employees and external collaborators (temporary employee, employee of a service provider, etc.) and employees who work on a non-regular basis (fixed-term, apprentice, trainee, etc.) of the Group* , as well as third-parties, to report, in accordance with the Sapin II Bill of 9 December 2016, relating to transparency, the fight against corruption and the modernisation of economic activity, and the “Duty of Vigilance” bill of 27 March 2017, relating to the duty of vigilance of parent companies and contracting companies.

The whistle-blower has legal guarantees of confidentiality and protection against possible retaliation and the alert system guarantees data processing in accordance with the regulation no. 2016/679, known as the general data protection regulation.For any report that does not fall within the scope of the alert system, other dedicated channels should be used (mediation, service provider’s portal, customer service, human resources service, etc.).
