Supporting access to employment
We support projects that enable young people from disadvantaged backgrounds to begin shaping their career paths while making decisions about their education and future careers. We also fund scholarships and study programmes and encourage and organise student mentoring initiatives.
In addition, we support projects that help people who are far from the labour market become familiar with the workplace, acquire the skills needed to enter or return to employment, overcome gender-related barriers, prepare for recruitment and secure sustainable employment.
