
Apprenticeship Training Centre
Established in 2017, RATP Group’s Apprenticeship Training Centre (CFA) aims to support young people and jobseekers—regardless of prior qualifications—into employment by providing access to professional qualifications, particularly through apprenticeship schemes and continuing vocational training.
RATP Group’s Apprenticeship Training Centre plays a key role in developing the competencies of urban transport professionals within the organisation. Our ambition is to support the evolving needs and roles in the urban and interurban transport sectors.
The Centre welcomes all apprentices preparing qualifications at Levels 3 to 5.

Bus Driver – Professional Certificate in Road Passenger Transport Driving – Level 3
6-month apprenticeship contract.Electromechanical Technician – Professional Certificate in Industrial Maintenance Electromechanics – Level 3
12-month apprenticeship contract.Mechanic – Professional Certificate in Industrial Vehicle Repair – Level 3
12-month apprenticeship contract.Security Officer – Certified Qualification for Security Officers in Multimodal Public Transport – Level 3
6-month apprenticeship contract.Vocational Baccalaureate (Bac Pro MELEC) – Electrical Trades and Connected Environments – Level 4
12 to 36-month contract.Maintenance Technician – Professional Certificate in Industrial Maintenance – Level 4
12-month apprenticeship contract.Bus and Tram Controller – Professional Certificate in Road Passenger Transport Operations Control – Level 5
12-month apprenticeship contract.
In 2025, the CFA trained nearly 600 apprentices and launched new programmes to support the evolving roles and needs of RATP Group.
