Operation and Maintenance of Line 15 South

he Board of Directors of Île-de-France Mobilités (IdFM), the regional mobility organizing authority in Île-de-France, has awarded the contract for the operation and maintenance of Line 15 South of the Grand Paris Express (GPE) to the international consortium ORA, composed of RATP Dev as the majority shareholder, Alstom, and ComfortDelGro.

This new automated metro line, scheduled to begin service at the end of 2025, will cover a distance of 33 kilometers, pass through 22 municipalities, and serve 16 stations in close proximity to Paris.

The contract, with a duration of 6 years and extendable up to 9 years, includes the operation of the automated metro, the stations, the centralized control center (PCC), as well as the maintenance and upkeep of rolling stock. The consortium’s scope of work will also encompass passenger relationship management and information services.
