
Corporate Services Division & RATP Evolution Services
RATP Group is evolving with the opening of its markets to competition and the development of activities based on a subsidiary model. In this context, the Corporate Services Division & RATP Evolution Services were established in 2023 to centralise and share support functions across RATP EPIC and Group subsidiaries.
Reporting to the Corporate Services Division, CSP Finance, Human Resources, and General Services were consolidated in 2023 to enhance Group performance by sharing support functions.
Our areas of expertise
The Corporate Services Division currently covers three key areas of activity serving RATP Group entities.
CSP Finance
CSP Finance handles accounting activities for RATP EPIC and Group subsidiaries, including general accounting, accounts payable, and auxiliary accounting. It oversees the consolidation of the Group’s accounts and supports transformation of finance functions and tools.
CSP Human Resources
CSP Human Resources manages employee administration, payroll, and training. Its services also include initiatives related to parenting (with Espace Pimprenelle), access to housing and loans (with Point Habitat), as well as social services.
CSP General Services
CSP General Services brings together the following activities: archives and records management, media monitoring, language services, corporate mail and postal products, digitisation of mail and documentary collections, shared printing centre and management of multifunction photocopiers, auxiliary vehicle fleet management, and business travel management.
Through its work, CSP General Services is particularly involved in supporting the Group on ecological transition initiatives.
The excellence of all three CSPs is also driven by innovation, i.e. transformation and continuous improvement of our processes through digitisation, automation, and artificial intelligence.
