RATP Action Plan 2026
Introduction
The multi-year digital accessibility scheme is implemented each year through an action plan that details the operations scheduled and carried out during the current year, as well as the monitoring status of these actions. This document is the 2026 annual action plan associated with the 2026–2028 multi-year digital accessibility scheme of RATP (Epic). It includes a summary table of the actions that have been or will be implemented in 2026, their deadlines where known, and their progress and completion status
Development and monitoring of the multi-year accessibility scheme
Action: Define the framework, draft and implement the multi-year digital accessibility scheme.

Action: Define priority actions and draft the 2026 annual action plan.

Action: Implement a standardized and dedicated contact method for digital accessibility across all digital services.

Action: Generalize the use of the CSR matrix and the inclusion of contractual clauses for the procurement of digital solutions and intellectual services dedicated to digital projects, in coordination with the Legal Department, across the entire Epic.
