Multi-year operating contracts signed with Île-de-France Mobilités

RATP fulfils its mission as a public transport operator through multi-year operating contracts signed with Île-de-France Mobilités. As the transport authority in the Île-de-France region, Île-de-France Mobilités organises, coordinates and funds public transport for the region’s passengers.

Together, we strive to improve networks, notably by increasing human presence, which will serve to welcome passengers, ensure their safety and develop services closely adapted to their needs.

A contract has been approved between RATP and Île-de-France Mobilités for the 2021-2024 period

The historic €21 million 2021-2024 operating contract between RATP and Île-de-France Mobilités was approved by their respective boards of directors on 14 April 2021. It includes strong commitments to improve passenger service quality, while enabling the company to continue preparing for its opening to competition under the right conditions. The contract also allows RATP to successfully complete its transformation.

A more ecologically friendly bus fleet with Bus2025

Through the Bus2025 programme, Île-de-France Mobilités and RATP have committed to a major technological and ecological development: to convert the vast majority of the RATP-operated bus fleet to electricity and biomethane by 2025.
