The “Ateliers Italie” project comes to life

The first stage in the reconstruction work on RATP’s industrial site “Ateliers Italie”, in the 13^th arrondissement of Paris, is coming to an end.

The reconstruction work on RATP’s industrial site “Ateliers Italie”, in the 13^th arrondissement of Paris, started in 2018. The goals were to upgrade the train maintenance workshop while building housing and tertiary facilities there. The first stage of this large-scale mixed-use project is coming to an end: new tenants started to move into 18-20 rue Abel Hovelacque in early June, and the new hall for the train maintenance workshop will soon be operational.
